This adorable heart is the perfect adornment for a loved one's gravesite.

We use assorted carnations and roses to offer this lovely design at a discounted price but you can specify colors for an additional price! The heart is approximately 12" diagonally and made in styrofoam. The carnations are attached with wood picks and pressed into the styrofoam. This design comes on a 2-foot stand.

This item is only available for delivery to an existinggravesite to Queen of Heaven, Rose Hills, or Oakdale Cemetery OR for pick up in our store.
